Western New York Turbo Buick Car Club June 2007
Our next meeting will be June 9th 2007 and will be held at Pautlers drive in restaurant on Rt. 78 (Transit Rd.), 2 or 3 miles north of Eastern Hills mall. They are on the east side of the road. Please try to attend with your car so we can have a mini cruise. Our meeting will be held in the parking lot.
June 24th will be a club raceday at Leiceister (New York International Raceway Park). The cost will be $60.00 to race (spectater free) and will be from 10a.m. to 4p.m. We need at least 10 cars. If your interested call Paul at 795-3365. He would like at least $30.00 as a deposit. We have to put up a $100.00 deposit to hold the track. Non Buicks are welcome to race too.
July 14th is our annual picnic to be held at Chestnut Ridge Park shelter #31. Starts around 1p.m. The club will provide hotdogs , hamburgs and corn. Please bring your own beverage and a dish to pass. Joe Doino (picnic chairman) will be contacting everyone by email with a list of choices. Our July meeting will be held at the picnic.
At our May meeting we discussed the cost of mailing our newsletter, $.41 x 12 months $4.92 per year per member. The consensus of those present was to go to an online newsletter. If you want a hard copy you could print one yourself. For those without email we would have to make a mailing (only 2 at present).
Does anyone have a place in mind for our August meeting.
